School has a computer laboratory with 24 functional computers. There is also a computer lab with 24 desktops in the hostel. All of them have internet connections. Computer Applications is a subject for all the students of class 11 & 12.
KBV was set up in 1944 soon after the death of Mrs. Kasturba Gandhi, wife of Mahatma Gandhi by close followers of Gandhiji, who wanted to provide quality education for girls from underprivileged families.
